The National Account Manager is an individual contributor for new business development and customer relationship management. If you are a skilled sales professional with a passion for selling to the C-suite executives of North America's largest companies, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity. In this role, you'll be originating and closing multimillion dollar projects.
What You Will Do:
  • Identify and target high-potential prospects among companies with annual revenues exceeding $400 million in the United States and $750 million in Canada
  • Execute aggressive prospecting and cold-calling strategies to initiate meaningful conversations with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to understand clients' needs, aligning our solutions with their strategic goals.
  • Secure meetings to create momentum and active prospect engagement to drive the sales process to a successful conclusion.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor proposals and deliver exceptional value propositions.
  • Create and conduct presentations working with the Sales Operations team to obtain and review client data, finalize reports, and deliver findings to the prospective client.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-suite executives, becoming a trusted advisor to our clients.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

What You Need:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience required and a proven track record in B2B consultative sales, with a focus on selling to large companies
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and cold calling, consistently delivering results
  • Exhibits relentless drive and determination to achieve sales goals, consistently seeking new opportunities and overcoming obstacle with a positive attitude
