Associate Account Manager

Join our rapidly growing B2B sales department as an Associate Account Manager. You will be part of a small team managing several national B2B accounts under the guidance of an account manager. You will work under the supervision of the account manager and will be responsible for the execution of the day-to-day tasks of the assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive mindset, and be a problem solver with a positive can-do attitude. You must possess exceptional organizational skills and must be extremely detail-oriented in B2B account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Support: Generate quote sheets, data entry, and organize all account-related information.
  • Retailer Compliance: Stay current with retailer requirements and guidelines.
  • Data Management: Keep account data up-to-date and communicate any issues to the account manager.
  • Financial Follow-Up: Handle invoicing, collections, and related financial tasks.
  • Cost Monitoring: Track all costs associated with purchase orders.
  • System Setup: Set up new rep groups, retailers, and vendors in our system and keep information updated.
  • Product Setup: Configure products in retailer portals as needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn and stay familiar with the company's product offerings across all categories.

Qualifications:

  • 3- 5 years of experience with national or regional account management.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
