Job description


As a Distribution Sales Team member, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling CORE client products. Your primary goal is to establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and operators, ensuring a steady flow of sales and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team and clients to develop effective sales strategies and execute them with precision.
Responsibilities
  • Sell CORE client products to distributors and operators, focusing on meeting sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales plans, in collaboration with the sales team and clients.
  • Responsible for field sales calls in support of opportunity not currently assigned to a CORE associate.
  • Develop and maintain a Platinum Partner Portfolio, a minimum of 15 Platinum Partners by calling on them every 60 days. This may vary depending on the number and size of distributors assigned.
  • Make a minimum of 8 sales calls per week.
  • Present a minimum of 3 clients on each sales call.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, using CRM tools.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to the team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and establish a strong network.

  • A proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
