Job description

The Institutional North America Marketing team is seeking a Channel Senior Marketing Manager to work on the Channel Marketing team supporting Foodservice Broadline Distribution marketing strategy and digital sales activation across all our distribution partners. This role will be responsible for partnering with the Broadline distribution team to drive results with current customers, open new opportunities for regional distribution and building and deploying best practices around digital platform activation across our entire Channel business.

This role is highly cross-functional and is an opportunity to see all aspects of a business and how a distribution business fits within a larger division. It will require significant collaboration with other functions (marketing, sales, comms, enterprise, etc.), strong business acumen, communication within all levels of the organization and strong customer and sales understanding. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, collaboration and leadership abilities, passion for customers, high energy and commitment to help drive growth.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with Broadline Distribution Sales to drive new business gains and growth within existing accounts through sales team activation and enablement.
  • Strategic planning with Broadline Distribution Sales in the pursuit of new distribution partnerships.
  • Marketing point for Foodservice Distribution team that consults, audits, influences and activates eCommerce and digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with all Foodservice distribution teams to build and deploy best practices for product content, share of search, assortment, navigation, and digital shelf optimization related to distributor ordering platforms.
  • Design and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (email, search, display, SEM, content syndication) to support campaign surrounds like product launches, seasonal promotions, and category growth initiatives across distributors.
  • Deliver monthly digital performance reports to Channel Marketing and Sales leadership with data-driven recommendations.
  • Evolve with the changing landscapetocontinuallyactivate newEcommerce ideasandareas to testwith Distributor Partners using data analysis to inform optimizations.
  • Develop in-depth customer, market knowledge and purchase pattern insights.Stay current on market trends and translate to impact on Ecolab distribution business.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of professional experience with focus in Marketing or MBA in Marketing with 5 years of experience
  • Demonstrated digital marketing experience (including tracking, ROI, key success metrics)
  • Immigration sponsorship not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's
  • Product management experience
  • Must have demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to relate to influential people and complex organizational structures; strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $133,700.00 - $200,600.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
