The Mission
As Distribution Manager - St. Cloud, you'll keep our routes running fast, safe, and customer-ready-turning daily execution into standout service. You'll lead VCC and VB route teams, coach performance, and keep operating procedures consistent so every stop is done right.
Key responsibilities include managing route efficiency; hiring and training route, relief, and bulk drivers; conducting P.R.I.D.E. vehicle inspections; ensuring planograms and brand order are followed; coordinating vehicle cleanliness and maintenance needs; monitoring key productivity/efficiency indicators; and enforcing OSHA/Federal and company safety policies.
Required skills/qualifications:
- Strong communication, organization, and basic math for inventory counts
- Valid Class C license and health card; satisfactory MVR per Vehicle Safety Policy
- Solid knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving
- Preferred: maintain a Class A license
