We are seeking an experienced Acumatica Distribution Consultant to join a collaborative, high-performing ERP consulting team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, understand their operational challenges, and deliver practical Acumatica solutions that improve business processes and drive adoption.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Acumatica experience, particularly within distribution environments, along with solid consulting and client-facing capabilities. You will be involved throughout the implementation lifecycle, from discovery and process analysis through configuration, training, and go-live.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Acumatica ERP implementations from discovery through go-live.
  • Conduct business process reviews to understand client operations, requirements, and pain points.
  • Translate business requirements into effective Acumatica configurations and solutions.
  • Configure Acumatica to support distribution, inventory, purchasing, sales, and broader business workflows.
  • Develop and maintain Generic Inquiries, dashboards, reports, Report Designer outputs, and Business Events.
  • Work directly with clients to identify process improvements and drive successful system adoption.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements discussions, solution walkthroughs, training, and go-live activities.
  • Provide functional guidance and troubleshoot business-process-related challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and other consultants to deliver integrated ERP solutions.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, best practices, documentation, and team mentoring.
  • Manage multiple project priorities while maintaining strong client relationships and delivery quality.
What We're Looking For
  • Hands-on experience working with Acumatica ERP.
  • Strong functional knowledge of distribution processes and workflows.
  • Prior ERP consulting or implementation experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to understand the relationship between operational processes and financial modules.
  • Experience with Acumatica Generic Inquiries, Dashboards, Report Designer, and Business Events.
  • Strong business process analysis and solution-design capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable leading client conversations, workshops, and complex requirements discussions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across consulting, development, and client teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, business-focused approach.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues.
Nice-to-Have Experience
