You will guide them in setting and achieving goals and ensure they are trained on industry-specific use cases and product enhancements as the platform evolves.
  • Additionally, you will interlock with product teams as a SC GTM leader, ensuring alignment between product development and market needs. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineering to provide feedback from the field, advocate for customer requirements, and influence the product roadmap. Your role will involve facilitating communication between the SC team and product teams to ensure our solutions meet market demands and deliver exceptional value to customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business and Technical Leadership in Solution Consulting:
    • Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in AI, conversational interfaces, and agentic systems within the CXM landscape and how they align with Sprinklr's capabilities
    • Lead technical and business discussions with customers and account teams to understand business requirements and propose innovative solutions that leverage the full potential of Sprinklr's Unified-CXM platform. Serve as executive sponsor on strategic accounts.
    • Own and drive top deals in and out of quarter for the Americas business, emphasizing the transformative power of unified customer experience management
    • Recruit and retain top talent in Data/AI, Marketing, Advertising, and Social backgrounds
    • Train and support the SC team in delivering consultative value propositions, designing and building end-end solutions for customers
    • Initiate and lead projects to develop team capabilities and improve organizational structure and offerings.
    • Lead SC enablement and onboarding functions ensuring SC experience is of the utmost importance for service delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product-market fit, pricing, packaging, GTM sales plays, M&As, etc.
  • Business Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets, with a focus on design the proper solutions for our customers with Sprinklr's CXM platform.
    • Develop and articulate a cohesive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy partnering with respective divisional vice presidents.
    • Create content and participate in industry events to establish thought leadership in the CXM space, with a focus on the synergies between customer architecture and Sprinklr's platform
    • Provide technical leadership to engineering and development teams.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
    • Oversee the design and architecture of complex software systems.
    • Incorporate human-centric design principles and facilitate design thinking workshops to create intuitive solutions.
  • Product Interlock and Innovation
    • Establish and lead a well-defined product interlock process bringing together GTM, product teams, and Sprinklr platform specialists
    • Facilitate regular meetings between sales, marketing, product teams, and Sprinklr integration experts to align on product improvements and roadmap
    • Gather and synthesize market feedback to inform product development priorities, ensuring seamless integration with Sprinklr's evolving capabilities

We focus on our mission: Sprinklr was founded in 2009 to solve a big problem: growing enterprise complexity that separated brands from their customers. Our vision was clear: to unify fragmented teams, tools and data - helping large organizations build deeper, more meaningful connections with the people they serve. Today, Sprinklr has a unified, AI-native platform for four product suites: Sprinklr Service, Sprinklr Social, Sprinklr Marketing, and Sprinklr Insights. Sprinklr is here to do three things:

  • Lead a new category of enterprise software that we call Unified-CXM.

  • Empower companies to deliver next generation, unified engagement journeys that reimagine the customer experience.

  • Create a culture of customer obsession, with trust, teamwork, and accountability.

We believe in our product: Customers who value exceptional customer experiences have what they need on our single unified platform, built with an operating system approach on a single codebase. That means that everything - and everyone - can work together to service, respond, sell, and market to customers on the channels they prefer. While Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM) as a category is just getting started, we are well on our way to creating a no-compromise, unified approach to better customer experiences for the world's leading enterprise brands.

We invest in our people: We offer a comprehensive suite of benefits designed to help each member of our team thrive. Sprinklr believes that you should be able to get the type of care you need for your personal well-being when you need it. We offer you and your family voluntary healthcare coverage in countries where applicable. We believe it is important to take time off - it is essential for your mental and physical wellbeing. We provide Sprinklrites with paid time off to recharge and spend time with loved ones. We want to grow our talent with purpose. Our open Mentoring Program is designed to create meaningful connections that support growth and amplify our focus.
