The Senior Director of Client Service Delivery leads client delivery operations, strengthens executive relationships, and drives service excellence across assigned accounts. Serving as a key liaison between Customer Partners and Operations, this leader translates client priorities into performance insights, actionable strategies, and operational improvements. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare revenue cycle expertise, strong analytics, and executive-level influence.
Here's What You Can Expect
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and client updates aligned to business priorities.
  • Serve as a functional and technical expert supporting strategy, best practices, optimization, and transformation initiatives.
  • Lead performance analytics and reporting to communicate results, trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies, remediation plans, and performance improvements.
  • Align client and internal teams around shared goals, partnership strength, and accelerated outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, operational performance, and revenue cycle results.
  • Partner with R1 operations and functional leaders to assess performance, mitigate risk, and drive execution.
  • Support development and growth of the Revenue Cycle Team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience Level
  • 10+ years of experience, including 7+ years in management.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $152,163.00 - $231,483.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 25.00%
