Salary: Up to $130,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

We're seeking an experienced Director of Restaurant Operations to oversee a portfolio of upscale and casual dining concepts, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional guest experiences across every location.

In this high-impact leadership role, you'll oversee restaurants generating more than $15 million in annual sales, mentor and develop management teams, improve profitability, and ensure every concept consistently delivers outstanding hospitality. You'll work closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, new restaurant openings, and the continued growth of the organization.
