A respected Chicago restaurant group is hiring a Director of Operations to lead a growing portfolio of upscale and casual dining concepts. This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who knows how to run great restaurants, build strong teams, and protect the guest experience as the business scales.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations across multiple locations with total sales volume of $15M+.
  • Set and hold the standard for service, consistency, and hospitality across every concept.
