Drive accountability for ticket completion, velocity, and release commitments, allocate resources across initiatives, collaborate with Product leadership to prioritize backlog items, maintain development standards and QA integration, guide design and implementation of new features, support developers in best practices for bug fixes and enhancements, and research emerging technologies for future adoption.

Compliance & Security Alignment

  • Ensure all development activities comply with SOC 2 and HIPAA standards, integrating compliance checkpoints into sprints and release processes. Enforce secure coding practices and data-handling policies, require compliance certification before release submissions, lead remediation efforts for any compliance issues, and escalate disputes when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ability to lead engineering and product teams with high velocity and clear accountability
