The Software Solutions Director provides strategic leadership and oversight of a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business within the Industrial Equipment and Automation Division. This role offers a unique opportunity to define and scale a new SaaS business.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strategic Leadership:

o Create and lead a new strategic growth platform, software as a service, establishing vision, priorities, and a scalable operating model aligned with organizational goals and emerging market opportunities.

o Lead a high-performing team of program managers, system architects, engineers, and technical sales professionals.
