We believe operational excellence is at the heart of our success.As the Director of Operations Excellence, you will lead strategic initiatives to optimize business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive measurable results across the organization. This is a high-impact role where your leadership and vision will directly influence the company’s performance and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery
  • Lead process improvement initiatives across underwriting, claims, customer service, and other operational areas
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement culture through coaching, training, and change management
  • Present operational insights and recommendations to executive leadership
What We’re Looking For
  • 7–12+ years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or business excellence
  • Proven success leading cross-functional operational initiatives in insurance, financial services, or related industries
  • Strong analytical skills, process optimization expertise, and project management experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence frameworks is highly desirable

What We Offer

  • Total Compensation (OTE): $180,000 – $210,000+ (includes performance-based bonus)
