Responsible for assisting in the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and programs of new innovations and process improvement initiatives.   

Job Responsibilities

Know and uphold ARAMARK's policies, procedures and Service Agreement with GM. Take ownership of campus wide facilities, infrastructure and grounds, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility performance, operating effectiveness and cost efficiency.

Areas of Responsibility
   Drive Business Optimization
   Drive Field Rollout of New Innovations including Market Pro
   Lead Beta and Pilot Testing of new Innovations
   Lead program and process improvement initiatives

Common Tasks
   Work with accounts to increase overall optimization of operations
   Research and explore opportunities to increase effective use of labor
   Create measurement tools to ensure account optimization
   Work with Innovation Design to develop field testing protocols of new innovations
   Evaluate effectiveness of new innovations within the field
   Develop rollout plans to ensure effective utilization by all accounts 
   Work hands on with the Regions, Districts and accounts to ensure rollout of innovations
   Support the development and delivery of leadership training(s)
   Marketing and training of new innovations based on field experience
   Influencing without Authority
   Coach field users of Sherlok to grow their business and capture organizational insights
o    Set development priority for Sherlok tech team

Success Indicators
   Increased field adoption of new technology
   Successful rollout and adoption of new technology and programs by the field
   Clear and Concise reporting of insights and recommendations to Business Unit leadership
   Continuous Advancement of account optimization via adoption of COE Programs

Qualifications

   Superior communication, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills.
   Confident and assertive enough to provide on the spot service training.
   Must be computer literate.
   Must be highly organized and have great attention to detail.
   Ability to deal effectively with all company staff. Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships. 
   Experience in meeting facilitation desirable.

Adaptability to work in a diverse environment, focus on customer satisfaction under high-stress conditions, and organize an effective response to day-to-day requirements, and one-of-a-kind extremes.
