Overview:
Are you a compassionate sales professional looking for meaningful work? Join our team as a Preneed Funeral Director, where you will educate and support families in planning ahead for their end-of-life needs. This role combines relationship-building with a mission-driven purpose—helping families find peace of mind through pre-arranged services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with individuals and families to educate them on pre-need funeral and cemetery options.
  • Conduct in-home or in-office presentations, community seminars, and follow-up appointments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within the community and with referral partners.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through proactive outreach and relationship management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Serve as a caring and professional resource for families during planning conversations.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience (insurance, financial services, or funeral/cemetery industry preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Active Life Insurance License
  • Active in good standing State issues Funeral Director's License
  • Comfortable with in-person and phone-based sales presentations.
