WHAT YOU WILL DO: You will drive business growth by building relationships with local businesses and securing corporate event bookings. You'll actively prospect and connect with companies, meet with decision-makers, and present our event offerings as tailored solutions for team building, client entertainment, and company gatherings. This role is focused on generating new business, managing your territory, and delivering a seamless experience from initial outreach to confirmed booking while consistently working toward and exceeding sales goals.
Strong communication, negotiation skills, and experience in event planning are essential.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Event Promotion: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote events.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive Event Sales.
- Budget Management: Oversee event budgets (when applicable) and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance and marketing metrics.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
