On our team, you'll have the support to excel at work and the resources to build a career you can be proud of.
Drive the Future of Transportation Recruiting at GXO
At GXO, we're transforming the logistics and transportation industry. As one of the world's largest pure-play contract logistics providers, we're experiencing rapid growth in transportation and dedicated driver services. As our driver population continues to expand, we're looking for a highly strategic and results-oriented recruiting professional to help us build a competitive advantage in driver hiring.
This is not a traditional recruiting role.
We are seeking a Senior Driver Recruiter, Talent Acquisition who brings the sourcing expertise, market intelligence, and recruiting acumen needed to identify, engage, and hire professional drivers in highly competitive and hard-to-fill markets. What You'll Do

  • Analyze recruiting trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and make recommendations that improve driver hiring results
  • Coach and mentor other recruiters supporting driver hiring by sharing best practices, sourcing strategies, and transportation recruiting expertise

What You Need to Succeed at GXO
