Hill Transportation is growing—and we're looking for an experienced CDL Driver Recruiter to help us keep building our fleet.

This isn't a "post the job and wait" recruiting position. We're looking for someone who is energetic, outgoing, creative, persistent, and knows the trucking industry.

What You'll Do
  • Recruit qualified CDL-A Flatbed and Van drivers
  • Build and maintain an active driver pipeline
  • Source candidates through Tenstreet, job boards, social media, referrals, CDL schools, events, and direct outreach
  • Call, text, connect, and consistently follow up with driver leads
  • Screen candidates and match drivers with the right opportunity
  • Clearly explain pay packages, incentives, benefits, home time, equipment, and job expectations
  • Guide candidates from first contact through onboarding and orientation
  • Develop creative recruiting ideas to reach drivers in a competitive market
  • Partner with Operations, Safety, and HR on hiring needs
  • Help support new-hire retention by setting clear and accurate expectations from the start
What We're Looking For
  • Previous CDL driver recruiting experience
  • Flatbed and/or Van recruiting experience preferred
  • Tenstreet experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the trucking industry
  • Proven ability to meet recruiting and hiring goals
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • A recruiter who is self-motivated, competitive, creative, and results-driven
