May Trucking Company is seeking an experienced Driver Recruiting Manager to lead our driver recruitment team and help build a strong pipeline of qualified professional drivers. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a background in high-volume recruiting, team management, and transportation industry hiring.

As the Driver Recruiting Manager, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, guide Recruiting Specialists, improve hiring processes, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations and employment laws. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to attract and retain top driving talent across multiple operating regions.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Recruiting Specialists to achieve hiring goals.
  • Manage the driver recruitment and onboarding process from application through orientation.
