What does a driver recruiting manager do?

A Driver Recruiting Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and hiring of commercial drivers for a transportation or logistics company. They develop strategies to attract qualified drivers, manage the recruitment team, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
