Oversee the delivery of technology initiatives, including custom software development, commercial software implementations, system enhancements, testing, deployment, and user acceptance activities.
Serve as the business owner and functional administrator for MSD-managed business systems and internally developed applications, ensuring they remain effective, reliable, and aligned with business needs.

Maintain system documentation, business requirements, workflows, and user guidance materials while promoting effective system adoption and use.
Identify opportunities to improve project performance and business operations through technology, automation, and process improvement.
Support project startup activities by assisting with technology planning, software selection, system configuration, user onboarding, and operational readiness.
Coordinate with project teams, Corporate IT, and vendors to ensure technology requirements are implemented effectively and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), workflow automation, and digital tools that improve business processes, project delivery, and organizational effectiveness.
Travel internationally up to approximately 10% of the time to support project startup, implementation, training, and business development activities.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience supporting technology initiatives, software development projects, business systems, digital transformation activities, or related technology functions.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications, scopes of work, or implementation plans.
Experience managing technology vendors, consultants, contractors, or software development resources.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and traditional project management approaches.
Experience administering, supporting, or implementing business applications, databases, CRM systems, ERP systems, workflow platforms, or other enterprise software solutions.
