Role: Digital Operations Lead

Position Overview
The Digital Operations Lead will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of the organization's digital IT platforms, with a strong emphasis on SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in site reliability engineering (SRE), cloud environments, and modern API/microservices frameworks. The Lead will oversee operational excellence across digital commerce platforms, drive incident management, and partner with engineering teams to continuously improve system performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure high availability, stability, and scalability of digital commerce and API platforms.
  • Lead monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for production systems.
  • Manage and optimize SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud and GraphQL services in live environments.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system reliability, observability, and automation.
  • Define and manage service-level agreements (SLAs) to meet business and customer expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across digital operations and cloud infrastructure.

  • Intermediate to advanced Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
