About this role:
The Digital Operations Specialist is responsible for the daily support of the suite of online banking products including but not limited to mobile banking, bill pay, ACH and Wire origination, positive pay, transfers, P2P payments, and people pay processes.
In this role you will:
  • Support the Bank's "People First" focus and rules of engagement-maintaining a professional demeanor, working as an active member of the CNOB team, providing all internal & external clients excellent service, always striving to make CNOB "A Better Place to Be".
  • Provide support for all business and personal on-line banking products including, but not limited to, bill pay, Zelle, People Pay, and funds transfers.
  • Perform research into all aspects of product inquiries and maintain supporting documentation to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify, research and escalate issues to management for a seamless client experience.
  • Responsible for making sure all daily tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Support the branch network with the ACH and Wire origination processes as they pertain to the commercial platform.
Must haves:
  • Knowledge of new and emerging digital payment capabilities.
  • Strong "People First" interest and ability.
  • Familiarity with P2P payments products such as Zelle and Venmo.
  • Solid understanding of FIS online banking platforms as well as IBS core systems.
  • Familiar with different account types and required documentation for each.
  • Solid understanding of bank policies and procedures.
  • General knowledge of ACH and Wire functions as well as positive pay.
  • Knowledge of relevant Federal and State banking regulations.
  • Proficiency with Google applications is preferred.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Ability to read spreadsheets and perform routine accounting functions.
  • Analytical and able to make sound business decisions.
Bonus Points For:
  • Undergraduate degree preferred, but not required.
  • 3+ years prior banking experience preferred.
  • Experience working in the digital banking and payments area of a financial institution preferred.

Salary Description
$28-$33 per hour
