Responsibilities

The Digital Operations Specialist is responsible for implementing, supporting, and growing adoption of Crawford's digital solutions. As the primary post-sale resource, this role manages customer onboarding, platform support, training, and ongoing customer success. Working closely with customers, sales teams, and Digital Solutions Business Development Managers, the Digital Operations Specialist helps ensure customers get maximum value from Crawford's digital tools and automation solutions.

What does a day in the life look like?

You'll spend your day helping customers launch and use Crawford's digital solutions, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing training. You'll monitor customer activity, work with sales teams on new implementations, and identify ways to increase adoption and improve the customer experience.

Customer Onboarding
  • Lead customer onboarding, implementation, and platform setup.
  • Partner with sales and digital teams to ensure a smooth handoff and successful launch.
  • Build customer relationships and drive long-term adoption of digital solutions.
Platform Support and Operations
  • Configure and support digital tools including Website, Mobile, EDI, E-Link, Ariba, Coupa, ReMarkable, and other automation solutions.
  • Troubleshoot platform, integration, and workflow issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer data, user access, documentation, and operating procedures.
    Training, Support & Performance
Training and Customer Support
  • Train customers and associates on digital tools and best practices.
  • Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities to increase utilization.
  • Promote new functionality and help customers get more value from Crawford's digital solutions.
Performance and Continuous Improvement
  • Track adoption, account health, retention, and digital sales metrics.
  • Identify process improvements and customer experience enhancements.
  • Share customer feedback and recurring issues with Digital Solutions leadership.
