Role Overview
The Senior Director, Digital Operations plays a key role in advancing Coca-Cola's digital transformation by enabling the effective operation, integration, and optimization of marketing technology capabilities across the enterprise. • Ensure alignment of marketing technology operations with enterprise architecture, governance, privacy, and security standards

  • Lead vendor and partner management activities to ensure delivery quality and alignment with enterprise strategies

  • Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies and system gaps, driving continuous improvement in marketing processes and platform utilization

  • Support change management and capability building to increase digital and data fluency across marketing and operations teams

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or digital operations roles in a global or complex organization

  • Proven experience managing and optimizing marketing technology platforms such as customer data platforms, marketing automation tools, and campaign management systems

  • Strong understanding of data integration, data governance, and analytics as applied to marketing use cases

  • Experience implementing automation and operational improvements that increase efficiency and scalability

  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications within marketing, including personalization and campaign optimization

  • Experience working in agile or product-centric environments with cross-functional collaboration between business and technology teams

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams without direct authority

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into operational and technical solutions with measurable outcomes

  • Experience managing external vendors and technology partners to deliver high-quality solutions
