TTEC Digital is seeking a driven AWS Business Development Representative to support pipeline development and revenue growth in partnership with AWS. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying new opportunities across targeted accounts and industries.
You will work closely with AWS Field Sellers and TTEC Digital sales leadership to build and execute coordinated prospecting campaigns that generate qualified opportunities aligned to joint go-to-market priorities.
This is a 100% remote opportunity!
What You Will Do:
Account Targeting & Planning
• Partner with AWS Field Sellers and TTEC Digital sales leadership to define target accounts and priority industries
• Build and maintain structured target lists aligned to AWS and TTEC growth areas
• Support joint account planning and outreach strategies
Prospect Identification
• Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms to identify and research key decision-makers
• Develop contact-level insights to support personalized outreach
• Continuously refine prospect lists based on campaign performance
Campaign Execution
• Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns including email, phone, and social outreach
• Support marketing programs such as events, webinars, and digital campaigns
Opportunity Development
• Engage prospects to identify business needs and align them to TTEC Digital's AWS solutions
• Qualify opportunities and convert engagement into meetings for field sellers
• Accurately track activities and pipeline within CRM and AWS tools
AWS & Internal Alignment
• Maintain regular cadence with AWS and internal teams
• Stay current on AWS offerings, especially Amazon Connect and AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, and alliances to refine messaging
What You Will Bring:
• 2-5+ years in inside sales, business development, or demand generation
• Experience prospecting into enterprise or mid-market accounts
• Familiarity with cloud, SaaS, or CX solutions (AWS preferred)
• Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative sales environment

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in a quarterly incentive program designed to reward achievement of performance goals, key business objectives, and sales-related metrics.
