We are seeking a motivated and personable 2nd Shift Service Writer to join our team at our Evansville International Truck dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow within the diesel/truck service industry.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Accurately write and explain repair estimates
  • Communicate clearly with both customers and service technicians
  • Coordinate workflow to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Maintain detailed and organized service records

Qualifications:

  • Experience preferred, but not required (we are willing to train the right candidate)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • Basic computer skills (CDK Dealer Management System experience helpful but not mandatory)
  • Valid driverโ€™s license required
  • Must be able to pass a routine background check
