What You’ll Do

  • Assist our current service advisor in providing an excellent customer experience from start to finish
  • Build strong relationships through transparent communication and trust
  • Translate customer concerns into accurate repair orders and collaborate with technicians on cost-effective solutions
  • Present services and maintenance recommendations clearly and ethically to maximize satisfaction and shop performance
  • Manage records, warranties, follow-ups, and payments with precision
  • Lead by example in professionalism, teamwork, and delivering 5-star service every time


What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer for an automotive repair shop
  • Self-Starter: You take initiative
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient with computers, CRM platforms, and Tekmetric
