What You'll Do:
  • Support project leads with planning, coordination, status tracking, and administrative activities.
  • Assign and track project tasks, action items, milestones, and deliverables across project teams.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, resource availability, and performance trends.
  • Prepare project status reports and communicate updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely availability of materials, personnel, and other resources.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce project costs while supporting budget and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with troubleshooting unforeseen issues and coordinating practical resolutions.
  • Maintain project documentation, meeting records, trackers, and presentation materials.

What You'll Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating projects, programs, engineering initiatives, operations activities, or cross-functional business efforts.
  • 2+ years of experience tracking schedules, action items, resources, budgets, deliverables, or project status.
  • 2+ years of experience preparing project reports, presentations, status updates, or stakeholder communications.
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, technology, or product-development projects.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred.
