What is the opportunity?

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support one of the top Insurance advisors in the country within Desjardins Financial Securities Independent Network and Ferrari Insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Insurance advisor
  • Provide client meeting preparation material
  • Correspond with clients as required
  • Provide insight into upcoming client requirements
  • Data entry and client transaction processing
  • Client information update processing
  • Business development - assist in strategies on increase potential sales and client growth programs
  • Marketing - Manage online/ social media/ marketing campaigns to build new sales and client relations
  • Special project work or administrative tasks as required
  • Liaison with branch office, investment companies, insurance companies to ensure smooth client experience in regards to processing of sales and transactions
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support

Requirements

  • HLLQP License with two years experience required
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Outgoing and approachable interpersonal skills to converse with a variety of diverse clientele and support resources

  • Professional experience in MS office including Outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint, etc
