With your proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale real estate development projects on time and within budget, you will lead projects through all stages of development. Representing the company with the city, lawyers, planning consultants and surveyors. You will coordinate the construction plans and final plan approvals with governing municipalities and contractors to meet schedules and project success.
In this fast-paced growing company, you will be able to support the executives on all aspects of project development, in planning and implementing, as well as attend preconstruction conferences with contractors and civil engineers to review plans, specifications and drawings.
