Position Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
  • Two or more years of relevant work experience (Sales, retail, reception, customer service etc.)
  • Two or more years of staff supervision and onboarding experience.
  • Ability to manage front desk recruitment processes, membership tours, interviews and sales.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, responding to multiple questions, via phone calls, email and in person.
  • Availability: Must be flexible with working hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven Leadership: 2-4 years of management experience in a team-oriented environment, ideally within retail, hospitality, or fitness.
  • Previous experience in Fitness Industry (Sales, Operations etc.)
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You know how to motivate and engage a team and members.
  • Comfortable using gym management software, email, and digital tools.
  • Availability: Must be flexible with working hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
