Role & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Project Directors, Project Teams and our clients to meet systems and infrastructure needs
  • Diagnose hardware and software problems and replace defective components.
  • Maintain and administer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
  • Monitor network and server performance
  • Research new technology and implement it or recommend its implementation.
  • Coordinate with vendors in order to get the adequate support and replacement of faulty parts and services
  • Provide quality Tier-I support to end-users as well as deployment projects.
  • Provide support Windows OS 10 and 11 environment. Active Directory, office365, Cloud server system.
  • Provision mobile computing devices and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Assists users with technical issues via telephone, e-mail, Remote or in person.
  • Coordinates activities with Manager, technical staff, users, and vendors, which include service requests and trouble-tickets.
  • Document problem resolutions within trouble tickets and maintain written documentation.
  • Equipment setup for new hires/terms/transfers.
  • Documentation of everything - systems, processes, network diagrams.
  • Provide Asset management support for Hardware/software/Conference technology working with Global IT team.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
  • Provide timely solutions to end-user computer hardware/networking/software issues.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2+ year experience as System Administrator
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, MCSA or MCSE and CCNA certified
  • Excellent Windows Server 2008\2012 implementation & administration skills
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and Exchange 2010
  • Excellent Windows client OS skills - Windows 10 and 11
  • Working knowledge of Linux
  • Knowledge of ADFS and Office 365
  • Solid understanding of LAN and WAN networking
  • Cloud Platform management and Support
  • Creation, maintenance (patches, etc.) and monitoring of servers in multiple environments (production, staging, development) on cloud environment
  • Design, build, support and maintenance of complex, quality infrastructure-based solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of backup solutions and principles
  • Laptop, desktop and mobile devices troubleshooting Skill
  • Information Security will be added advantage

Pay Transparency Laws 
Salary range or hourly pay range for the position 
 
The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. 
 
The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
