Job description

Brinkmann Constructors is hiring an experienced IT Desktop Support Specialist to provide support for end users across all offices and remote locations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience providing IT support for mid-to-large sized organizations. Environment is primarily a Microsoft Windows environment utilizing Office 365 and Azure. 


  • Installing and configuring hardware, software, and peripheral for end users
  • Upgrading laptop computers, including migrating user data
  • Build and configuration of equipment for new hires
  • Creating new user accounts in Active Directory/Entra
  • Provide end user technical support in a timely manner
  • Maintain support requests in ZenDesk ticketing system
  • Assist with mobile device upgrades and new deployments
  • Maintain Asset tracking
  • Periodic travel to Brinkmann regional offices and Job Sites

  • Requires at least 5 years related work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, technical training or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Microsoft Windows 10/11 support
  • iOS support skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills
