Job description

1.      Should have experience in Deskside process and support
2.      Maintain inventory and support IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities
3.      Act as onsite IT representative for business users
4.      Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
5.      Hands on Experience on resolving customer issues related to the infrastructure
6.      Deployment of hardware, including hardware and OS refresh activities.
7.      Provide first level support for Printers and MFP.
8.      Intune Mobile Device management
9.      Knowledge on SCCM and deployment
10.     Office/M 365, Internet Explorer,  VPN software, Microsoft Tools (Active Directory, Computer Management) and hand-on troubleshooting skills
11.     Patching and Vulnerability Management for workstations
12.     Management platform, including device provisioning, configuration, deployment, inventory
13.     Monitor the lifecycle of devices (laptops, workstations, monitors, peripherals) from procurement to retirement, including upgrades and replacements.
14.     Incident, Problem, and Service Request Ticket Management in ServiceNow.
15.     Development and maintenance of Knowledge Base articles for Incidents, Problems, and Service Requests as required.
16.     Asset Inventory and Configuration Management tracking of hardware and software in ServiceNow.
17.     Provide Audio Visual Support in meeting rooms (note: basic support only as an existing service agreement is in place with an AV provider).
18.     Identification of Continuous Improvement opportunities.
