Your tasks
Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced L2 Onsite Technician to provide onsite IT support across enterprise environments. The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate has strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with desktop support, and delivers excellent customer service while working directly at client sites.
