WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Generate, process, and release all start packages, including DocuSign
  • Receive all direct phone calls to the designer when they are unavailable
  • Meet with buyers to complete and process change orders
  • Set up all files for previews and design sessions
  • Assist in the completion and process of feature homes
  • Meet with buyers for feature homes reviews
  • Back up to the design gallery coordinator
  • General office duties, including filing and file cleanup

WHAT YOU BRING:
  • 1-2 years of Design experience is highly preferred
  • Personable and highly motivated with exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient with MS Office, including Publisher and PowerPoint
  • Adobe Photoshop and InDesign experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • General sedentary work requiring the use of office equipment such as computers, copiers, printers, scanners, and telephones
  • Position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, grasping, writing, typing, repetitive motions, hearing ability, visual acuity, and climbing stairs on occasion
  • May occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds
