About the Role

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Canva Design Specialist with experience supporting the real estate industry. In this role, you'll create high-quality marketing materials that help real estate agents and brokerages build their brands, generate leads, and showcase properties effectively.


The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, is highly proficient in Canva, understands real estate marketing, and can transform ideas into polished, on-brand marketing assets while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.


What You'll Do

Graphic Design & Content Creation

Create engaging, professional marketing materials using Canva, including:

  • Social media graphics and campaigns
  • Property flyers and listing brochures
  • Open house marketing materials
  • Just Listed, Just Sold, Pending, and Under Contract graphics
  • Buyer and seller presentation packages
  • Email headers and newsletters
  • Agent branding kits and reusable Canva templates
  • Event invitations and promotional materials
  • Digital and print advertisements
  • Custom marketing assets based on client requests


Brand Management

  • Ensure all marketing materials follow client brand guidelines and brokerage standards
  • Develop and maintain branded Canva templates for agents and teams
  • Apply strong design principles, including typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels


Real Estate Marketing Support

  • Design marketing assets that support listing promotions and lead generation campaigns

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience using Canva
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting real estate agents, brokerages, or real estate marketing companies
  • Experience creating both digital and print marketing materials
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, branding, and visual design skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision


Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Canva
  • Strong understanding of:

  • Experience creating content for social media platforms
