What you'd be doing in this role
At Canva, our Reward team plays a pivotal role in empowering the world to design by building innovative, future-focused total rewards strategies that attract, retain and motivate world-class talent globally.
As a Senior Compensation (Reward) Manager, you'll be a recognised subject matter expert across Total Rewards. You'll partner closely with senior leaders and People Partners to shape how we reward impact at scale - blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-growing, global environment.
As Canva continues to scale, this role will help evolve our reward philosophy, influence executive decision-making and design programs that position Canva as an industry leader.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
• Developing and implementing innovative, company-wide Total Rewards strategies that strengthen Canva's ability to attract and retain top talent globally
• Leading high-impact projects such as job architecture evolution, M&A integrations, or expansion into new markets and talent hubs

• Preparing executive-level and board-ready content on Total Rewards matters
