Overview

The Creative Director defines and protects LED’s creative vision and brand identity across all channels. This role leads a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, strategically aligned work that strengthens brand perception, drives engagement, and supports organizational goals.


Work Experience

Key Responsibilities


Creative Leadership & Vision

  • Set and guide creative direction aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Ensure all work reflects a cohesive, evolving brand identity.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary creative team.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing creative culture.

Creative Execution & Quality Control

  • Oversee production across all channels, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Review and approve deliverables to maintain high standards.

Brand Stewardship

  • Maintain and enforce brand standards and messaging.
  • Serve as final authority on brand decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with stakeholders to align creative with goals.
  • Present creative strategies and concepts to leadership. 

Key Performance Indicators

  • Brand consistency, creative quality, and campaign performance
  • Team productivity, turnaround time, and stakeholder satisfaction

  • Strong portfolio of high-quality, multi-channel work
