Job description

Top Ford Dealership in New England is looking for qualified candidates to add to our Service BDC team! We receive a high volume of calls, leads and online chats and need help keeping up with them all.

Experience in BDC is welcomed but not required. Will train the right person. We are looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated and upbeat to add to our team. This is a fast paced environment, so multitasking and being coachable is a must! Our team handles all of the inbound service calls for the dealership, answers service leads and communicate with customers on the online chat. Must be comfortable speaking on the phone with customers, as well as writing email/texts.

This is a full-time position and must be able to work weekends and some closing shifts (6pm). 

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Communicate with service customers by phone, internet, email and text.
  • Comfortable phone skills.
  • Schedule appointments for our busy service team.
  • Confirm next day service appointments.
  • Reach out to customers with recalls to schedule their appointment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in a BDC environment

  • Reliable transportation with a valid drivers license
