We are paying top dollar for an Experience Business Development Center (BDC) Representative with 3 to 5+ years' experience and a proven track record. Hourly pay: $18 plus Monthly Bonuses based on Monthly Show %, Internet Units Sold, Achieving store forecast, CSI results above Group. Job Summary:The BDC Representative is a dealerships most powerful player when it comes to driving sales traffic. This position is responsible for responding to leads generated online by connecting with our clients via phone, text, email or video.
