What You'll Do:
Manage the Schedule: Take inbound calls to facilitate service appointments and maintain the dealership's daily workflow.
Customer Outreach: Perform outbound "service campaign" calls to remind clients of upcoming maintenance or follow up on "no-show" appointments.
Problem Solve: Act as a customer advocate, answering basic service questions and coordinating with technicians to provide real-time repair updates.
Digital Communication: Respond to inquiries via phone, text, online chat, and email using our [CRM/DMS] software.

Communicators: You have excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to explain technical repairs in simple, friendly terms.
