Your seat at the table: Customer/Dealer Support Specialist

You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to:

  • Respond to Customers/Dealers Inquiries: Provides a positive customer experience with each interaction. Receives, research and answers customer lead inquiries, service issues, product information inquiries, and orders.
  • Capture Warranty Data: Enters customer orders for product and replacement parts and accessories, enter customer orders for returned merchandise and authorizes refunds, as necessary.
  • Resolve Shipping & Order Status Issues: Requests payments from customers regarding outstanding invoices i.e., freight & shipping charges, Performs outbound calls to customers regarding ship dates, refunds, payments and product delivery or service of product. Enter orders from customer/sales staff as required for backup.
  • Manage Escalation Situations
  • User Testing: Perform additional duties and projects as requested.
  • Processing Returns & Warranty
  • Special Projects
Requirements:
  • High School graduate
  • 2-5 years customer service experience
  • Servicing B2B dealer experience preferred
  • Warranty experience preferred
  • Detail orientated
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Zoom, and Teams is a plus, but not required, we value quick learners.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and able to pick up new tools with minimal guidance
