Job description

Summary:
This is a very short time role that will sit onsite in Rochester, NY. Position needs to be filled ASAP and it is expected for 1+ month project. The Incoming Data Processing Associate is responsible for providing administrative support for the Operations organization including data and documentation receipt, data entry, data upload, filing, logistics support, and/or site notifications as well as research, reconciliations, peer coverage, and/or other designated tasks, as requested.This position is responsible for completing the required tasks each day as well as providing training to team members and new hires.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a positive, results-oriented work environment by building partnerships, modeling teamwork as well as communicating in an open, balanced, and objective manner.
  • Performing data entry functions, as needed.
  • Generating site notification.
  • Generating data received notifications.
  • Filing and archiving all departmental documents/records.
  • May represent Incoming Data Processing in internal meetings.
  • May work on special projects or other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Compliance with internal SOPs.
