Now Hiring: Payroll Processing Associate – Columbus, OH (Onsite)

We are hiring a Payroll Processing Associate for a 12-month onsite contract opportunity in Columbus, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with payroll, administrative, or data entry experience.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Payroll Processing Associate

  • Location: Columbus, OH 43235

  • Duration: 12 Months

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process manual payroll check requests using internal payroll systems.

  • Maintain payroll data with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve payroll-related issues.

  • Perform data entry and support payroll operations.

  • Work occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of payroll, administrative, or data entry experience.

  • Payroll experience is preferred but not required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Access.

  • Strong data entry and 10-key skills.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.

  • Flexibility to work outside scheduled hours when required.

Training on internal payroll systems will be provided.
