Job description

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Temporary Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a twelve-week assignment to assist with data processing for registration and submissions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Proactively collecting information for processing

Maintaining accurate records and data entry

Clearly communicating submissions that cannot be processed and following escalation procedures

Responding to submissions and basic inquiries

Assisting with related tasks as assigned

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in data entry (preferred)

Previous inbound or outbound call center experience (preferred)

Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new systems

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy required

Strong organizational and time management skills required

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

Available Shifts

The available shifts for this role are:

8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
