Job description

Social Factor is looking to find US-based, qualified, available freelance Data Analysts to jump in on projects or new business opportunities that are currently in the pipeline. The role will be focused primarily on Sprinklr Implementation projects like building dashboards, query/topic writing, report writing, etc. This temporary freelance role could be ~20 hours/week depending on the new business pipeline.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Sprinklr, particularly Social Listening, Reporting, and Insights.
  • Build, test, refine, and maintain complex Boolean queries, listening topics, themes, and keyword groups.
  • Configure Sprinklr rules, tags, custom fields, classifications, and automated workflows to support accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Design and maintain Sprinklr dashboards, widgets, filters, and reporting views aligned with client and business objectives.
  • Perform quality assurance on queries, dashboards, tagging structures, data accuracy, calculations, and report outputs.
  • Adapt dashboards and reports for different audiences, including analysts, client teams, senior leaders, and executives.
  • Work independently in a remote freelance environment and communicate proactively about progress, questions, risks, and deadlines.
  • Create or follow established templates, methodologies, naming conventions, documentation standards, and quality-control processes.
  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides; experience with additional social listening, data visualization tools (Data Studio previously known as Looker Studio) or business intelligence platforms is a plus.
  • Apply strong understanding of social media metrics, earned and owned media measurement, sentiment analysis, and digital analytics.
  • Manage multiple reporting assignments and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.

  • This position requires a demonstration of technical aptitude that translates into programming and/or software deployment management; 2-4 years of Sprinklr experience.
  • Minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.X
  • Internet speed requirement of a minimum of 50 mbps
