Description
This position is responsible for processing and coordinating a high volume of application credential packets, including both paper and electronic documents, for accurate data entry and maintenance within the Banner and Slate systems. The role requires strong attention to detail, efficient organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple application records simultaneously. In addition, the position involves extensive communication with applicants via phone and email regarding application status updates, missing credentials, and general admissions inquiries.
Examples of Duties
  • Accurately input and maintain applicant information and supporting documents within the Slate and Banner systems.
  • Organize, review, and assemble application credentials and materials for admissions decision processing.
  • Communicate application status updates, missing document notifications, and general admissions information to applicants and other appropriate parties via phone and email.
  • Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing of applicant records and data.
  • Provide administrative support and perform other duties as needed to support the efficient operation of the Admissions Office.
  • All other duties as assigned by the Director.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with applicants and staff.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record maintenance.
