Job description

The ideal Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in supporting clients by managing insurance policies, processing endorsements, processing claims, and resolving inquiries efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive customer service to policyholders and prospects
  • Process claims accurately and timely using insurance software
  • Manage and update insurance policy information
  • Perform data entry and maintain detailed client and claim documentation
  • Support clients with inquiries and complaint resolution
  • Verify and validate information to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain organized records and communicate effectively within the team

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Valid Insurance Property & Casualty (P & C) license
