Position Summary

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurate data entry, including entering shell claims into the DG system.

Performance & Reliability Expectations

  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding productivity, accuracy, and quality standards

  • Consistent and reliable attendance aligned with operational requirements

  • Ability to maintain performance in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

  • Proven track record of following established processes and escalating issues appropriately

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of data entry experience or related experience

  • Able to type 60 WPM

  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications

  • Must be familiar with Ten Key for efficient and productive computer usage for data entry

  • Ability to successfully multitask

  • Must have reliable power and internet service

  • Must demonstrate the ability to maintain a consistent schedule and meet daily production expectations with a high degree of reliability

  • Must be in good standing and demonstrate a consistent history of meeting performance, quality, and attendance expectations

  • Proven ability to maintain reliability and productivity in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with DG

  • Familiarity with Adobe Pro

  • Experience with Healthcare claims

  • Must be familiar with HCFA 1500 and UB Claim Forms, as well as RX, Wellness and Superbill filings

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $34.15

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
