$17/hr | Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join a growing team within a stable and fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with mortgage or insurance experience who are looking for long-term growth and the chance to be part of a team undergoing exciting expansion and positive cultural changes.


This role is heavily focused on data entry and accuracy, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys working with detailed information and thrives in a productivity-driven environment.


Schedule

Monday–Friday, standard hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Flexible scheduling options are available, including:

  • 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.


What You’ll Be Doing

In this position, you will primarily process and enter information from hard-copy insurance policies into internal systems. The policies include:

  • Flood Insurance
  • Wind & Hazard Coverage
  • Auto Insurance
  • Natural Disaster Coverage Policies

You will receive hands-on training and ongoing support while shadowing experienced team members to ensure your success in the role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and review insurance policy information
  • Support clients by researching and resolving processing questions
  • Respond to inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Prioritize and manage customer requests effectively
  • Review account information and resolve exceptions or escalated issues
  • Maintain detailed documentation and account records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Take ownership of customer concerns and follow through to resolution


Performance Expectations

  • During training: approximately 50 policies processed per day
  • Once fully trained: approximately 150 policies processed daily


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 1 year of experience in a mortgage, banking, or insurance environment
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills
  • Ability to recognize and interpret insurance policy information
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
