Key Accountabilities:
Create, manage, and maintain Service Line Inspection complaints reporting to both internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
Contribute to the Office of the President stakeholder engagement by highlighting key areas of opportunity.
Deliver user-friendly reporting solutions that will drive accuracy and standardization.
Maintain a process of proactive communication to customers and internal stakeholders on receipt of complaint, expected response time, and final resolution as required.
Provide analysis on root cause issues, support initiatives and process improvements.
Assist in creating and building Standard Operating Procedures and training plan to ensure sustainability and control compliance.
Lead process improvements and iterate on complaint management process, as needed.
Deliver ongoing or ad hoc training to agents and key process members to ensure alignment across E2E process
Provide high-touch, white-glove support for key operational initiatives, ensuring exceptional service delivery, proactive issue resolution, and alignment with strategic business objectives as needed
Create and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and regulatory compliance.
Support Office of the President team needs as required.
Support and attend regulatory discussions as required.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and NY regulatory external stakeholders.
Investigate, analyze, resolve, and respond to escalated complaints filed by internal and external customers, Stakeholders, Executives, state and local government officials, commissions, regulators, elected officials, Media, Small Claims and Better Business Bureau.
Investigate and prepare escalated complaint responses including, but not limited to, Informal Reviews and Settlements.
Collaborate and gather documentation to support company positions and attend related Informal Hearings on behalf of the Office of the President.
Knowledge & Experience Requirements:
Familiarity with the tracking and reporting needs of the New York electric and gas companies
Possesses knowledge and understanding of clients electric or gas policies, processes, systems, tariffs, and general construction practices and how to apply them effectively. Experience with process management and improvements
Experience with enhancing reports and dashboards
Knowledge and understanding of customer systems (CRIS and/or CSS)
Strong customer service focus
Knowledge of gas and electric operations including penalty metrics and regulatory reporting
Ability to work as part of a geographically diverse virtual team
Strong written and oral communication skills
Copes with a changing landscape and can overcome obstacles
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Proficient in relevant software e.g. Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Exposure to Gas Field Operations processes and regulatory requirements is preferred

Pay Details: $20.92 per hour
